Lately I've been on a healthier kick. I've been trying to drink a lot more water, and I've recently taken a great liking to avocado (which is considered a superfood). I also don't go out for lunch, but instead bring my own; that makes a huge difference (and saves money)!Of course I can't predict the future, or say what God has in store for me. But I can prepare myself for it and say that I did my best and was the best that I could be.
I have many more years to go and want to be healthy to live every one of them in the best way possible; happy.
